I synthesized data generated from the user research into a user persona.
I referenced Etsy's website, press comments by executives, and customer comments on discussion boards and blogs, to generate a press release for an improved registry teacher in Etsy's "voice".
I used the Mad/ Sad/ Glad framework to lead my team through a sprint retrospective, and captured the process and results in the presentation above.
This questionnaire was designed to collect both quantitative insights. Deeper insights were gathered via phone interview with some respondents.
I created this persona by analyzing and synthesizing the data collected during user research.
